How we work

Every project runs through the same four stages. The team that runs the diagnosis is the team that builds and supports the solution: there are no commercial intermediaries in between.

01

Diagnosis

Working sessions with the people who actually run the process. We map how sales, service or operations work today, where the information gets lost and what the business needs to see.

02

Plan

A solution architecture with the clouds and licenses your operation needs, no more. Scope, phases, integrations and a delivery calendar you can hold us to.

03

Development

Configuration first, code where the standard does not reach: Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrations with ERP, e-commerce, payment and messaging platforms. Weekly demos on your data.

04

Adoption and evolution

Training in English or Spanish on the real configuration, documentation, go-live support and an evolution plan: the platform keeps changing, and so does your business.

Salesforce clouds we work with

Salesforce includes specialized clouds that help teams manage sales, support, marketing, operations and decision-making in one ecosystem.

Sales Cloud

Complete management of prospects, opportunities, sales pipeline and follow-up.

Service Cloud

Support and case management across multiple channels for faster responses.

Marketing Cloud

MuleSoft

Real cases

Three projects, three kinds of work

A managed platform for a global company, a full sales transformation with an SAP integration, and an AI agent in production. For confidentiality, we do not publish our clients’ names.

Tourism & cruises · United StatesSales Cloud + Platform

Long-term evolution of the Salesforce platform of a global cruise group

One of the world’s largest cruise groups needed a team that could keep its Salesforce platform evolving without disrupting a business that never stops. We work as an extension of their team, in US business hours.

How we solved it

Agile, ticket-based delivery with DevOps pipelines, code review and release management, plus integrations such as DocuSign. Continuous delivery instead of one-off projects.

Manufacturing · MexicoSales Cloud + Consumer Goods Cloud + Experience Cloud

Sales transformation for a lubricants and automotive products manufacturer

A large manufacturer needed to plan field visits, give third parties a portal and keep Salesforce and SAP telling the same story. The project touched the entire commercial operation.

How we solved it

Field visit planning with Salesforce Maps and the offline app, a partner portal on Experience Cloud, and a two-way SAP integration through web services.

Construction · Costa RicaAgentforce + Service Cloud + Sales Cloud

An AI agent on WhatsApp that qualifies prospects and feeds the sales process

A construction company receives most of its inquiries on WhatsApp, at any hour. It needed to answer immediately, qualify each prospect and hand the good ones to a salesperson with the context already captured.

How we solved it

An Agentforce agent connected to WhatsApp that qualifies, creates the lead with a conversation summary and routes it into the full Sales Cloud process, with human handoff when the conversation calls for it.

Why Zarasa?

01

Salesforce only

We do not mix tools or build generic solutions. Seventy-eight certifications on one platform, and an Agentforce-certified team.

02

Your time zone, both languages

Four offices of our own between Miami and Montevideo. English and Spanish delivery, US business hours, and in-person sessions where we have an office. See our nearshore model.

03

Structured process

Diagnosis, plan, development, evolution. Every project follows the same stages, with weekly demos on your data. We never improvise along the way.

04

Single point of contact

The same consulting team that runs the diagnosis implements the solution and supports you afterwards. No handoffs between a sales team and a delivery team.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?

It depends on scope. A Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementation for a single team, with standard configuration and data migration, is usually measured in weeks. Projects with integrations (ERP, e-commerce, payments) or several clouds are measured in months and are delivered in phases, so the business starts using the platform before the full scope is done. The plan we deliver after the diagnosis gives you the calendar for your case.

How do you charge: by project or by retainer?

Both. Implementations with a defined scope are quoted as a project. Continuous evolution, support and extended teams work as a monthly retainer with an agreed capacity. Many clients start with a project and continue with a retainer once the platform is live.

Do you work with companies in the United States?

Yes. Our headquarters is at 1000 Brickell Ave in Miami, and part of our delivered work is for US companies: a global cruise group, software product companies, a US Salesforce consultancy and an international nonprofit. The team works in US business hours, in English and Spanish.

Can you take over a Salesforce org that another partner implemented?

Yes. We start with a technical diagnosis of the org (an Org Check: configuration, code, permissions, data quality and technical debt), document what we find and propose a plan. Several of our current clients came to us this way.

Do you implement Agentforce?

Yes. We have AI agents in production for construction, financial services, real estate and technology companies: qualifying prospects on WhatsApp, answering authenticated customer questions, booking demos. We explain how we approach it on our Agentforce implementation page.

Do you provide training and documentation?

Always. Training sessions in English or Spanish on your real configuration, not on a demo org, plus technical and functional documentation so your team can operate and extend the platform.

Tell us what you need

Write to us with your current situation, whether you are starting with Salesforce, taking over an existing org or evaluating Agentforce, and we will get back to you with the next step.
