Nearshore Salesforce delivery, from a certified partner

Zarasa is a Salesforce Consulting Partner with 78 certifications, more than 120 delivered projects and a 4.85 out of 5 rating on AppExchange across 19 reviews. We work from four offices of our own in Miami, Mexico City, Mixco and Montevideo, in English and Spanish, inside US business hours.

Nearshore here does not mean renting developers

Most of what gets sold as nearshore Salesforce is staff augmentation: you interview profiles, you pick some, and from then on you manage them. The provider handles recruitment, hiring and compliance. Direction, planning and the outcome stay with you.

That model is a legitimate one and it fits some situations, but it is not ours. Zarasa works with its own in-house team, people who share and build the same working culture over time, and we take responsibility for the delivery rather than for filling a seat.

The practical difference is continuity of knowledge. What the team learns on one project stays in the house and serves the next one, instead of leaving when a contract ends. We wrote out the full comparison of the three models, including the ones we did not choose, in in-house team or IT staffing.

What actually changes with a team in your time zone

01

The working day overlaps, all of it

Our offices run between Eastern and Central time. A question asked in the morning gets answered that morning, not the next day, and a production incident does not wait for a handover window.

02

Two languages, one project

The team is bilingual. Documentation can run in English while the working sessions run in Spanish, or the other way round. That is the usual arrangement when a US head office has operations across Latin America.

03

The same people from start to finish

The consulting team that runs the initial diagnosis is the one that implements and the one that supports you afterwards. There is no handoff to a delivery unit you have not met.

04

Someone can get on a plane

Our headquarters is at 1000 Brickell Ave, Miami. When a project needs people in the room, it is a short flight rather than a different continent.

Three ways this has worked, with real projects

Every one of these is a US company we delivered for from our offices in the region. For confidentiality, we do not publish our clients' names.

TechnologyPlatform + Sales Cloud + Experience Cloud

Extended development team for a US Salesforce consultancy

A US-based Salesforce consultancy brought Zarasa in as an extended development team serving multiple end clients across industries. The work covered AppExchange applications and packages, LWC and Aura components, Apex classes and triggers, and API integrations.

How we solved it

An extended-team model with agile methodology: Apex, LWC and Aura development, AppExchange packages, custom API integrations and work on Experience Cloud and Pardot for the consultancy's end clients.

Product softwareSalesforce Platform

Continuous development of managed packages

A product software company in the Salesforce ecosystem needed sustained development capacity to evolve its managed packages. Zarasa joined the team working by tickets on continuous product development.

How we solved it

Ticket-based work on managed packages: LWC components, triggers and custom metadata, with a workflow based on pull requests, testing, refactoring and continuous coordination with the client team.

Tourism & cruisesSales Cloud + Salesforce Platform

Long-term partner to one of the largest cruise groups in the world

One of the largest cruise groups in the world runs its relationship with agencies and trade partners across multiple brands on Salesforce, and needed a team able to sustain and evolve that platform every day.

How we solved it

An agile model embedded in the client team: advanced Salesforce administration, automation with flows and Apex, deployment pipelines with git delta and integrations with DocuSign and document management tools, organized by tickets with estimation and business validation.

The rest of the work we have delivered in the country is on the United States page, and our Miami office has its own page at Salesforce consultant in Miami.

How an engagement is structured

Every project is divided into clearly defined stages: diagnosis, plan, development and evolution. We do not improvise along the way, and we do not start writing code before we understand what the business actually does today.

It begins with a technical diagnostic session that audits your current workflows. From there we design a systems architecture proposal recommending the clouds and licences that fit your operation. The first conversation takes 45 minutes and costs nothing.

We are a Salesforce partner with an exclusive focus on the platform. We do not mix tools or build generic solutions, and there are no commercial intermediaries between you and the people doing the work.

Frequently asked questions

Is this staff augmentation?

No. Zarasa works with its own in-house team and takes responsibility for delivering the project, rather than placing profiles into your team for you to manage. If what you need is people to direct yourself, staff augmentation is a different model and a different kind of provider.

What hours does the team work?

Our offices are in Miami, Mexico City, Mixco in Guatemala, and Montevideo, which places the team between Eastern and Central time. The working day overlaps with a US one rather than starting when yours ends.

Do you work in English?

Yes, in English and Spanish. The team is bilingual, so documentation and training can run in one language and the working sessions in the other.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope and on the integrations, which is what varies most. We price by project and by retainer, and we give you an estimate after the diagnostic session rather than a rate card before knowing what the work is.

Can you take over a Salesforce org someone else built?

Yes. It is one of the two ways we usually begin. We review the org as it stands and tell you what needs fixing, what can stay and what is worth rebuilding, before touching anything.

Are you an actual Salesforce partner?

Yes, a Salesforce Consulting Partner since 2020, with 78 certifications across the team and a public listing on the Salesforce AppExchange rated 4.85 out of 5 across 19 reviews.
