Salesforce consultant in Miami: local office, bilingual delivery

Zarasa is a Salesforce Consulting Partner with 78 certifications, more than 120 delivered projects and a 4.85 out of 5 rating on AppExchange across 19 reviews. Our office is at 1000 Brickell Ave, Miami, and the team works in English and Spanish. We implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce for companies in South Florida.

An office in Brickell, not a sales office

Our Miami office is at 1000 Brickell Ave, and it is one of four offices of our own: the others are in Mexico City, Mixco (Guatemala) and Montevideo. That matters for two reasons that show up in the work, not in the brochure.

The first is the time zone. Miami is on Eastern Time and so is most of our delivery team, so a question asked at 9 in the morning gets answered at 9 in the morning. The second is language: the team is bilingual, so the documentation can run in English while the working sessions run in Spanish, or the other way round. In South Florida that is not a nice-to-have.

You can see all four offices on the About Zarasa page, and the full picture of the twelve countries we work in on our Latin America coverage page.

What South Florida companies come to us with

01

An operation that runs in two languages

Sales and service teams handling clients in English and Spanish, with processes, templates and service flows that were only ever designed in one of the two.

02

A US company opening in Latin America

Growth into the region that needs a CRM configured for multiple countries and currencies from day one, instead of a US org patched country by country afterwards.

03

A Latin American company landing in Florida

The reverse trip, which is just as common in Miami: an operation that already runs on Salesforce in its home country and now has to work under US rules and reporting.

04

A pipeline nobody can audit

Sales leadership depending on manual reports, with no way to see the real-time status of the team's opportunities.

05

An inherited org nobody wants to touch

Salesforce already running, with automations nobody understands and duplicate records, and a team that avoids changing anything in case it breaks.

A project delivered from here

Miami is the busiest cruise port in the world, so it is fitting that this is one of the projects we have sustained the longest. For confidentiality, we do not publish our clients' names.

Tourism & cruisesSales Cloud + Salesforce Platform

Long-term partner to one of the largest cruise groups in the world

One of the largest cruise groups in the world runs its relationship with agencies and trade partners across multiple brands on Salesforce, and needed a team able to sustain and evolve that platform every day. Zarasa joined as a long-term partner, handling a constant volume of incidents and enhancements: event management and its rules, marketing commitment approval processes, GDPR initiatives and re-territorization exercises.

How we solved it

An agile model embedded in the client team: advanced Salesforce administration, automation with flows and Apex, deployment pipelines with git delta and integrations with DocuSign and document management tools, organized by tickets with estimation and business validation.

The rest of the projects we have delivered in the country, including work as an extended development team and on managed packages, are on the United States page.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Miami?

Yes, at 1000 Brickell Ave. It is one of four offices of our own, alongside Mexico City, Mixco in Guatemala, and Montevideo. Our team works on Eastern Time.

Do you work in English or in Spanish?

In both. The team is bilingual, so the documentation can be written in one language and the working sessions held in the other. That is the usual arrangement for companies in South Florida whose teams are split between the two.

Do you only serve companies in Miami?

No. Miami is our headquarters and we work across the United States, and in eleven other countries in Latin America. The United States page covers the country as a whole.

How does a project get started?

With a technical diagnostic session to audit your current workflows. From there we design a systems architecture proposal recommending the clouds and licences that fit your operation. The first conversation takes 45 minutes and costs nothing.

Can you take over a Salesforce org someone else built?

Yes. It is one of the two ways we usually begin. We review the org as it stands and tell you what needs fixing, what can stay and what is worth rebuilding, before touching anything.
